JUMP ROPE CLASSES / TUITION
Burn optimal calories in minimal time, in a fun way, working the full body and mind. If you can't attend the gym, want to learn / do something different or have a workout you can take and do anywhere then I can teach you the fundamentals, design you a personal programme and you can have access to unique jumprope workouts or attend in-person or online sessions.
